Master the language everyone's already speaking
The DISC Advantage gives business professionals a practical, repeatable system for reading people accurately, communicating with confidence, and leading in ways that actually land — starting with the most important person in the room: you.

"Self-awareness is the starting line, not the finish line — this course is about what you do with it."
— Keith Mcmillian

Keith Mcmillian
If you've ever walked out of a conversation wondering, "How did that go so sideways?" — I want you to know that's not a character flaw. That's a skills gap. And it's one of the most fixable gaps in professional life.
I built The DISC Advantage because I kept seeing the same thing in my coaching work: smart, capable professionals who were undermining their own influence without realizing it. They'd communicate the way they liked to be communicated with, and then wonder why the message didn't land. They'd manage everyone on their team the same way, and then wonder why only some people thrived. They weren't failing because of a lack of effort or intelligence. They were failing because no one had ever given them a real framework for understanding the people in front of them.
DISC changed that for me — and I've watched it change it for the professionals I work with. Not because it puts people in boxes, but because it does the opposite. It gives you a language for the differences that already exist, and a practical set of skills for bridging them. When you can recognize that your colleague's bluntness isn't disrespect — it's a D-style's efficiency — everything shifts. When you understand that your client's silence isn't disengagement — it's a C-style's careful processing — you stop misreading the room and start connecting.
This course is structured the way I work with coaching clients: start with deep self-knowledge, build your ability to read others, then apply everything to the real situations where it matters — leadership, conflict, sales, team culture, difficult conversations. Nothing here is abstract. Every concept comes with a workplace scenario, a reflection prompt, or a tool you can use before the week is out.
What you'll walk away with isn't just DISC knowledge. It's a written Personal Influence Growth Plan — your own 90-day roadmap with defined priorities, measurable goals, and a built-in accountability structure. Because the whole point isn't to know your style. The point is to become more effective, more trusted, and more influential as a professional and as a leader.
If you're ready to stop guessing why certain conversations go well and others don't — and ready to start doing something about it — I'm glad you're here. Let's get to work.
